An Examined Life

When we live an examined life, we become aware of patterns that serve and sustain us, and those that debilitate and distract us. As we move through life, we need to retain a feeling of awe and wonder while at the same time being able to discern that which we need to embrace in order to grow and thrive, and that which is not a part of our personal paradigm. When we learn to let go of that which no longer gives us joy, we experience the alchemy of grace, and give thanks! Namaste!
