Practice Oneness

When we practice oneness as individuals and in community, we learn to recognize the points of connection that serve to bind the separate parts. We know when we are practicing singular solidarity as our body, mind, and spirit act in harmony to allow us to pursue our path in the manner which reflects that which is considered our best self. When we practice oneness in community, we find the many paths flowing in the way of compassion and kindness in the fulfillment of peace. Namaste!
