An Instrument of Peace

“Make me an instrument of your peace.” I have always felt I could learn and borrow from the religions and beliefs that already exist. While there is a lot of dogma to wade through in order to find those sparkling diamonds of wisdom, every organized (and some disorganized) belief groups have seeds of wisdom so profound, moving, and familiar that my spirit resonates deeply when I find them, as though they have been a part of me from the beginning (though here I am not sure if I mean my current beginning or one far back in time and space). Being an instrument of peace, I breathe love and kindness into the world. Namaste!
